Theater
Worked within the modular theatre environments at California Institute of the Arts, designing and deploying fully customized audio systems for each production. Mixed live performances, executed sound cues, and configured speaker placement and signal flow based on constantly shifting stage layouts. This required building adaptable systems in real time while maintaining both technical precision and the spatial intent of each show.

Scenes from Metamorphoses poses a new angle in sound design- spite specific adaptation. In this case, doing a show in a pool. As a result, I engineered a recording session of the entire show to use for performance in the Digital Recording Studio at CalArts.

Volver was not only a play, it was a musical with a live band, singing and food. A true celebration of tradition, survival and family within latino culture.
Danton’s Death

With 2 separate stages for each half of the show, Danton’s Death required 2 entirely separate mic configurations and sound systems, as well as two separate mixing scenes in the in-house Allen&Heath mixer.
